SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide free shipping exclusively for orders over $70- $300 for Eastern and Central America only. Western regions are not included.

- Shipping delivery time provided is an estimates only. Weather, route, or other uncontrollable circumstances may cause your package to be delayed and delivered beyond what is estimated during checkout.

-  Business day cutoff time is 10 am EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 10 am EST will be processed the next business day.

*As part of our commitment to excellence, we do not stock certain brands at our warehouse. Due to which processing time may exceed 1-2 business days. We guarantee each purchase you make will be a new item, straight from the manufacturer. For more information on this please contact us at cs@hairstopandshop.com.

- If you have not received the tracking information, you may always log in to your account and check under Order History. Also you can contact customer service at cs@hairstopandshop.com.

- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our main warehouse located in New Jersey, USA.

Note: Bulk order of braiding hair (10lbs & up) will be required to pay for shipping fee. Hair Stop and Shop does not offer free shipping to P.O. Boxes.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NOTE#1: Delivery time is ESTIMATED and in certain cases, it may take longer than expected due to the foreign country customs, post office regulations, polices and etc. Hair Stop and Shop is not responsible for the delays in delivery within foreign country territory.

NOTE#2: By choosing a shipping service, you consent to the all following statements: 1. Customer is responsible for all foreign country customs taxes/fees (UPS/FEDEX/DHL). 2. The delivery time is estimated and may be longer for certain countries due to country customs regulations or country physical location (islands, remote locations). 3. For First Class International shipments, the product packaging (cardboard) might be removed in order to meet weight guideline by USPS. 4. Weather, route, or other uncontrollable circumstances may cause your package to be delayed and delivered beyond what is estimated. Should you have not received your package for more than 45 days from the shipping date, please send an email to cs@hairstopandshop.com to have this issue investigated.

 

MAIL THEFT PREVENTION

It is the customer's responsibility to keep track and receive the package(s) on the date of delivery. Hair Stop and Shop is not responsible for the loss of the package that was confirmed as "delivered" by courier. For the security of your packages, please request signature requirement via email at shipping@hairstopandshop.com and/or cs@hairstopandshop.com. Signature confirmation fee may apply and will be requested via PayPal.
